Refund policy

Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

We only accept refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:

- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

- The return request must be made within 2 days of receiving your order.

- The product must be in resalable condition with all accessories, manuals, and original tags intact.


Non-Eligible Items

Refunds and exchanges will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

- The product has been opened, used, or tampered with.

- The return request is made after 2 days from delivery.

- The item is damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or external factors beyond our control.

- Any item marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.


How to Request a Refund or Exchange

1. Contact Us – Email our customer support team at support@topfinds.me within 2 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, product details, and the reason for your request.

2. Approval Process – If your request meets our policy criteria, we will provide you with return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Return the Item – Ship the product back to us in its original, unopened condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

4. Processing Time – Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.


Important Notes

Refunds will not be issued for products that have been opened and used.

Exchanges are only available for unopened and unused items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy.
